The masses have been singing praises for this book for years, and they are not wrong. Give it a shot, you won't regret it.

The Hate U Give

Debut novelist Angie Thomas poignantly describes the story of Starr Carter's battle against racial discrimination, after her best friend is killed by a white cop. It gives us an insight into the lives of African-Americans who still haven't gained freedom from biased judgments, and struggle to live peacefully.

The Lord of the Rings

The novel set in the third age of Middle Earth tells the story of the war of the Ring. This long novel is published in 3 books, often mistaken as a trilogy. This book is centered around the Magical One Ring, which was found by Bilbo Baggins in the earlier novel, The Hobbit, which was later handed down to his adopted heir, Frodo Baggins.

The Gifted, the Talented, and Me

The Gifted, The Talented, and Me is a funny, engaging coming-of-age story full of laughter, romance, drama, and embarrassing parents. Fifteen-year-old Sam isn't special. He's not a famous vlogger, has not gone viral, and he doesn't want to be the Next Big Thing. What he likes most is chatting with his friends and having a bit of a kick about.

Hobbit

The Hobbit is set within a fictional universe and follows the journey of the devoted Bilbo Baggins, the courageous hobbit, for finding the treasure guarded by Smaug the dragon. Bilbo's quest takes him from his light-hearted, rural surroundings at his hobbit-hole named Bag End at Hobbiton, into the more sinister territory.

The Harry Potter Series

Harry Potter is a series of novels by J.K. Rowling. It is about an orphaned young boy named Harry Potter and his adventures as he attends Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, learns how to perform magic, and comes face to face with his archenemy,  one of the greatest Dark Wizards of all time, Lord Voldemort, who he later defeats.
